Speed Camera Calibration

Pulenergy Metrovis srl – LAT center No. 249 is accredited to perform the calibration of instantaneous speed detectors (speed cameras) in the speed range from 20 km/h up to 250 km/h, covering the speed range required by Decree No. 282 of the Ministry of Transport dated 13/06/2017, published in the Official Gazette No. 177 on 31/07/2017.

All devices used by Municipal Police or Highway Police authorities for detecting speed-limit violations must be calibrated at least annually by an ISO 17025 Accredia-accredited calibration centre.
Pulenergy Metrovis is an LAT Accredia-accredited calibration centre to:

• carry out the calibration of speed cameras and devices for detecting speed-limit violations in the field up to the speeds allowed by the police authorities
• carry out the calibration of speed cameras and devices for detecting speed-limit violations at our centre up to a maximum speed of 230 km/h or up to 250 km/h

Pulenergy Metrovis srl is therefore able to offer an excellent service for:

• periodic calibration of speed cameras and devices for detecting instantaneous speed-limit violations
• initial calibration for commissioning of speed cameras and devices for detecting instantaneous speed-limit violations
• type-approval calibration of devices for detecting instantaneous speed-limit violations
